Smokewitte I could not open your link. You might find this link of assistance. http://oldengine.org/members/diesel/articles/diesel1.htm It is likely the plunger is stuck in your pump. If it is only gummed up from standing you could try soaking in a mix of diesel and auto transmission fluid, then warming the pump up with a heat gun or hair dryer. Otherwise it will need to be dismantled.

thanks sir i tried all the solotions but nothing i also tried to disassemble it but nothing i just break the spring so now i need to find another one unfortunately ,
